1810 Reward of Merit for Francis Bullock (see text for possible alternative spellings) of Cornish, New Hampshire

Handmade Reward of Merit for Francis Bullock of Cornish, New Hampshire, signed by Instructor S. [or possibly N.] Wright and dated February 17, 1810.  Variant spellings could be Francis Bulloch, Francis Balloch or Francis Ballock.

Researching online,  I found a Francis Bullock in Cornish, New Hampshire, in Sullivan County, in the 1830 Census, but can't say for sure it's the correct Francis.  Then I found a Francis Bullock in the 1860 Census in Charlestown, New Hampshire, also in Sullivan County, a farmer, along with Mary, a housekeeper, possibly his wife, and a 14 year old Mary.  Other than a similar 1860 New Hampshire Census, I've come up short.

The Instructor, Mr. or Ms. Wright, is another mystery.

If you have any thoughts on the identities of Francis Bullock or his instructor, please leave a comment or contact me directly.  Thanks!
