Bangor Maine studios: 3 1920s Graduation Photographs


Three Graduation Photographs taken by Bangor, Maine, studios.  All are in protective covers; all have first names only.  Two are from 1924 and one from 1929.

1)  By the Chalmers Studio, Bangor, Maine: Sincerely, George [or Ginge], 1924


2)   By the Chalmers Studio, Bangor, Maine: B.H.S., '24, Sincerely, Charlotte [Just over the river from Bangor is the city of Brewer, Maine, so BHS could represent Bangor or Brewer or even another town.


3)  By the studio of Albert E. Klyne: Best Wishes from Carl, '29"  Albert E. Klyne was located at Bangor, Maine, and was known for taking many photographs of graduates of the University of Maine at Orono, as well as Bangor high school area grads.

    This is an old post, so this comment may be in vain. Does Chalmers studio still exist? I would assume not, but i am looking for family Photos, some i have found produced at Chalmers.
