  1. Happy to id this photo for you -- she is the sister of Hazel Gladys Keyes (1893-1919) whose photo you also have posted. She was born October 22, 1900 in Old Town, Maine, the daughter of Elmer E. and Isabelle (Neil) Keyes. Her birth record appears in the digitized Maine birth records on ancestry.com (her parents are erroneously indexed as Clement L and Josephine Keyes, but upon close inspection of the scan, the error can be plainly seen). Margaret married William Chester Webber (26 Apr 1898-Nov 1965) in Quincy, Mass. in 1921 and had two sons, William John and Paul Arthur Webber. Margaret died in Boston in 1928. Incidentally, Hazel and Margaret were granddaughters of Margaret Ann (Cochrane) (1845-1916) and John Neil (1840-1915), who were married 25 Jun 1861 in the Ballywatt Presbyterian Church, Ballyrashane Parish, County Antrim, Northern Ireland . Margaret and my great great grandfather, John Cochran(e) 1833-1911 were 2nd cousins.

    Cheers!

  2. Much appreciation for your taking the time to add this further identity to Margaret Esther Keyes, going back to her grandparents, and for the heads up about Margaret's sistership with Hazel Gladys Keyes!
